SB17 - Electronic devices; creating the Bobbi White Act of 2019; prohibiting use of devices in school zones. Emergency.

Passed Senate floor, now waiting on House committee.

SB286 - An Act relating to texting and driving: amending Section 2, Chapter 248, O.S.L. 2015, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 186,

providing exceptions; deleting certain definitions; and providing an effect date.

Introduced. Authored by Senator Sharp. First reading scheduled for Feb 4th. Was not heard in the Senate Public Safety Committee.
