Illinois River Run -- Three Chapters hosting this Legislative fund-raiser event! Come join us for good fellowship, good foods, games and fun floating the river! You don't have to be a member.
Friday night -- Heartland Chapter will provide pulled pork & sides.
Saturday morning -- Southwest Chapter will provide breakfast (coffee, milk, juice, eggs, bacon, sausage and cereal).
Saturday night -- Chisholm Trail 412 Chapter will provide a fish fry & sides.
Sunday morning -- All sponsoring chapters will contribute for a continental breakfast.
(Saturday's lunch or snacks and drinks of your choice while on the float trip, are your own responsibility)
Registrations before May 1st: $90.00 per person (includes meals, float trip and a t-shirt).
Registrations on or after May 1st: $100.00 per person (includes meals and float trip, T-shirt NOT included!).
T-Shirts will cost $15.00 from May 1st till the end of the month. No T-shirt orders after May 31st.
If you are interested in getting (purchasing) additional t-shirts, you will need to contact Shawna Scholten in advance by the May 31st cut-off date.
No t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event.
All online registrations requires a credit / debt card payment at time of registration. If you want to register prior to the event, but want to pay by check or cash, you will need to make arrangements with Shawna Scholten in advance. Payments by check or cash will be accepted at check-in ($100.00 per person).
Stay in a camp style bunk house, or bring your tent or RV; make sure to bring your own bedding either way.
There are no RV hookups.
We would ask that you bring a a bottle of your favorite drink (soda or alcohol) or snacks to add to the hospitality bar
NO GLASS BOTTLES ON THE RIVER
A release form will be required at check-in for each participant that plans to float the river (an Eagle Bluff Resort requirement!)
